02.COMPLETE YOUR QUESTIONS 📝
We'll send you some questions to complete before your site visit.
Don't worry — we'll explain everything you need to do.
03. WE COME TO YOU 👷
Your assessor will visit you while you're doing your normal job.
We'll complete your live observation, take photos, have a friendly professional discussion and collect any other evidence we need.
04. WE PUT IT ALL TOGETHER 📁
We'll build your portfolio, check your evidence and let you know if we need anything else.
We'll take care of the paperwork and guide you all the way through.
05. YOU'RE DONE! 🎉
Once everything has been successfully completed and checked, we'll submit your qualification for certification.
