ABOUT DOBBS TRAINING
01.Kindness comes first.
At DOBBS Training, we believe the way you treat people matters. For us, it starts with something simple: be kind, treat people fairly and be good human beings. We want everyone who comes to us to feel welcome, comfortable and supported. Ask questions, pick up the phone, have a laugh with us or tell us if you're struggling with something. You won't be judged and you'll never just be another number. That's the kind of company we want to be.
02. WE COME FROM THE INDUSTRY.
Construction has been part of our lives since leaving school. We’ve experienced the industry from all sides - from working on the tools and operating plant, to cranes, supervision, site management, training and assessment. So, when we say we understand the people we work with, we genuinely do.We know what long days on site are like. We know people are busy. And we know the last thing you need is someone making your NVQ more complicated than it needs to be.Our job is to keep things simple, do things properly and support you through it.
03.PEOPLE FIRST. HIGH STANDARDS ALWAYS
Being friendly doesn't mean dropping standards. We take pride in our work and want everything we do to be completed properly and to a high standard. But we don't want to be another company that just talks about "quality training."We want to be good people to deal with.People who answer the phone. People who listen. People who treat everyone fairly. And people who genuinely want to see you do well. That's what we want DOBBS Training to stand for.Kindness first. Industry experience. Real support.
